About Heath Harmon

With more than ten years of experience in the gas and oil industry, Heath Harmon serves as an operator for the Sinclair Refinery Company. He maintains responsibility for the safety and integrity of a process unit and for implementing the standard operating procedures to ensure worker safety. Prior to taking on his current role, Heath Harmon was employed at Nomac Drilling, LLC, where his Rig 322 won Rig of the Year for 2010 working with no lost-time accidents for the entire year. He has been trained in spill containment, high pressure positive-placement pump safety, boiler fundamentals, and third party safety.

Heath Harmon also possesses two decades of experience in construction, primarily working as a carpenter and concrete finisher. He was trained in OSHA safety regulations as well as state building and municipal building codes. He attended Bismarck State College, where he earned a degree in power plant process technology. He enjoys living a healthy life style and staying fit. His hobbies are outdoor activities, shooting sports, hunting, and hiking.
